Backing Up Open Files (VSS)

By default, BKP365 Connect supports backing up PST files while they are open. To add more file extensions to the list of the files you wish Polarbackup to back them up even if they are open, please do the following:

  1. Open your BKP365 Connect desktop software.
  2. Click on the Settings option.
  3. Refer to the Advanced Settings.
  4. In the input box of the VSS Extensions, type the extensions of the files you wish BKP365 Connect to back them up even if they are open.
  5. Save.
